Payment must be completed only after receiving the acceptance confirmation from the editorial office.

The article will be processed for publication only after the APC payment is successfully completed and the author has submitted the required documents.

Accepted payment methods and payment instructions will be shared with the author via official journal communication.

Refund Policy

IJMSRT follows a strict no-refund policy. Once the manuscript has entered the publication processing stage (after acceptance and payment confirmation), the APC becomes non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Author withdrawal after payment
• Errors in the manuscript submitted by the author
• Author requesting cancellation after publication processing has begun
• Duplicate submissions by the author
• Any delay caused by author revisions or communication issues

Authors are therefore advised to carefully review their manuscript before submission and before making the APC payment.

Author Responsibility

By submitting a manuscript to IJMSRT, authors confirm that:

• The manuscript is original and has not been submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
• All authors have approved the submission and publication.
• The author agrees to pay the APC after acceptance.
• The author accepts the journal’s publication and refund policies.

Important Note

IJMSRT reserves the right to accept or reject any manuscript based on editorial and peer review decisions. Payment of APC does not influence the acceptance or rejection decision.

The editorial board also reserves the right to make minor formatting or editorial adjustments to the manuscript to maintain the quality and consistency of the journal.
